These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text-message program operated by Wowline LLC ("Wowline," "we," "us"). By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you accept these terms.

1. Program description

Wowline LLC sends transactional, account-related SMS text messages to customers who have engaged our services: appointment reminders, scheduling, project status updates, and invoice notifications. This is not a marketing program.

2. How you opt in (consent)

You opt in to receive SMS by providing your mobile phone number and agreeing — in writing on Wowline LLC’s signed service agreement (or verbally/electronically) — to receive text messages from Wowline LLC about your project. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service. The exact consent language is published at company.wowline.pro/sms-consent.html.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the status of your project (typically a few messages around scheduling, milestones, and invoicing).

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Wowline LLC does not charge for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt out & help

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message; you will receive a final confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, email wowlinellc@gmail.com, or call (727) 655-8777.

6. Privacy / no third-party sharing

No mobile information (your phone number or SMS opt-in/consent) will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

7. Supported carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
