SMS Consent Disclosure
Wowline LLC · Clearwater, FL · Last updated: June 2026
Wowline LLC collects express written consent to send SMS text messages as part of the signed service agreement that every customer reviews and signs before any work begins. This page publishes the exact consent language so it is openly available.
Consent language in our signed service agreement
“By providing my mobile phone number and signing this agreement, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Wowline LLC related to my project — including appointment reminders, scheduling, project status updates, and invoice notifications — at the mobile number I provided. I understand that consent is not a condition of purchase, that message frequency varies, and that message and data rates may apply. I can reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.”
How consent is captured
- The customer provides their mobile number on Wowline LLC’s written service agreement.
- The agreement contains the consent paragraph above, directly above the signature line.
- The customer signs the agreement before work begins. A signed copy is retained on file.
- Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
